I have reviewed YouTube’s copyright policy, and I understand the fair use guidelines. I am of the good faith belief that I am filing a legitimate fair use claim and/or I fully own the copyright to the video at issue (and its contents)

I am fully prepared to defend my copyright in the video and its contents

I agree that service of process sent to the Law Office of Robert Reed for any lawsuits that relate to copyright for the video detailed above is proper, and I will have a limited amount of time to respond to the lawsuit. I understand that I am on my own in this regard, and I will need to find my own attorney and/or make other arrangements with the Law Office of Robert Reed to assist me further.

I am a resident of the United States of America, and I agree and consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the judicial district of Los Angeles

I understand that YouTube has 14 working days to process my counter DMCA claim and that during this period, the DMCA filer will have to present to YouTube a DMCA lawsuit seeking to enjoin me from using the alleged infringing material.
